Shipping & Returns

AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON OUR SITE.

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns.  That said, if something arrives not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right | aficiones.world@gmail.com

 

When will my order ship / be delivered?

Most orders are being processed and shipped in 0 to 2 business days after your order is made. We are always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible!

Stolen or Lost Packages

We hold no responsibility if your package is stolen or Lost. Please refer back to the tracking number provided and make accommodations accordingly to the arrival time.

 

Shipping rates for addresses within Canada and United States

Regular orders

We offer flat rate $15.00 tracked shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in Canada and $20.00 tracked shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in United States.

Rip & Ship

We encourage all viewers to build a bag of hits before requesting shipping so you don't have to keep paying for the shipping fee each time. Please use the shipping option "HOLD MY CARDS" to build a bag.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Seller Protection & Fraud Detection

Orders may be subject to a name, address, and phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if necessary.

At our discretion we may include a Card For Pickup or Signature option for higher valued orders. This acts as insurance/seller protection and also prevents the theft of orders left on doorsteps.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. IF WE DO, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
